Allow map provider choices in mobile Collector settings

We would like to use googlemaps on the iPad instead of apple maps, or at least have the option. Googlemaps has better usability.

Add calculator to mobile

We'd like to have a calculator (and icon) next to the camera icon. Inspectors use a calculator a lot in the field. Currently getting to the calculator is two/three extra steps.

Allow element reorder on mobile

We'd like user-level organizing for the elements better (instead of numerically). Reordering on the iPad especially will help the flow of inspection. Having similar items that are close to each other on the bridge, but far apart on the element tab...
