Provide a way to mark profiles as expired or hide them so that they remain for data integrity/querying, but they no longer appear in the picklist when creating/updating users or assigning/processing inspection reports.

Currently not able to delete numerous old profiles used when originally testing InspectTech back in 2011. These profiles have created confusion throughout the years because they still appear in the profile selection list in AWI even though they are attached to deleted users. It would streamline the process to be able to hide these old profiles that we do not want users picking.
