Similar to how you can load another user's queries, it would be helpful if users could load someone else's collector or maintenance filter. Right now the only two options are private (no one else can see it) or public (the entire state can see it if they have the same role).
Filters were designed to keep users' filters private, or the user could share the filter. This was designed to minimize the number of filters that were visible and to reduce the number of filters that were not completely configured by a user.
