It would reduce the number of errors caused by manual entry if a user's unique code identifying them as a Nationally Certified Bridge Inspector was associated with their user profile, and could be populated into a report field based on the owner of a report

This is currently being planned. We have had some user engagements to understand requirements, and it is currently in the design phase. We hope to have more information to share at our next user meeting.
I have marked this as a future consideration for SNBI enhancements. Once we have released more SNBI features, sometime in the near future, I would like to set up some user engagement calls to discuss this feature.
