it would be beneficial to have both form- and administration (menu)-level buttons to trigger the recalculation of all calculated fields. The form control would trigger calculated fields for the selected asset, The form control would trigger calculated fields for the selected asset. The administration-level button would trigger calculated fields for all assets in a selected asset type (except Inactive assets).

Alternatively, there could be a toggle in the asset- or report-type configuration that would trigger calculated fields when is selected, or a report is created or "Edit Asset Values" is selected.

This is needed as administrators continue to refine data fields and forms to need their needs.
