I think it would be good to have a last revision/updated date on all items under the Site Configuration for administrators. This would provide the administrator some information on when it was last updated when trying to do resolve potential issues. maybe add a revision history. when i get questions about changes, it would help me identify if there was an update around to a form or report type around that time.
