The inspection scheduler should update based on NBI inspection frequency field values

Can we make it so that when we change the inspection frequency of a bridge in the NBI data, it automatically changes it in the scheduler? Because if we change the frequency out the field on our iPad (because something is now in poor condition), that doesn’t translate to the scheduler, and it is very easy to forget to do once back in the office.

A new Routine, Fracture Critical, or Underwater Inspection report should automatically create a recurring inspection of the same type in the scheduler tool using the linked fields once the report is approved. This way, the scheduler tool would not need to be separately updated and there would be less of a chance of a bridge not having a recurring schedule set up.

Currently, the scheduler tool requires a little bit of baby-sitting to make sure it is in agreement with the NBI coding for an asset.

We are evaluating feasibility for technical requirements as this has been previously requested functionality for AWI.

This is exactly why Minnesota hasn't implemented the scheduler. It could cause two possible due dates for the inspections. NBI inspection types (Fracture Critical, Underwater, Routine and Special) should always be synced to NBI Items 90/91/92/93.

How are you changing the frequency in the field? Via a report in the collector app?
