It would be excellent if users could subscribe to a scheduled email alert via their email settings instead of one at a time on each particular report/follow up action.

For instance, a user could go to their email settings and see the list of emails alert triggers currently available, and select the monthly scheduled aggregate spreadsheet generating "maintenance items assigned to user" email alert instead of having to be assigned that alert manually.

Currently the email alerts setting page seems to just allow users to "opt out" of email alerts but users cannot opt-in from that page, they have to go to each structure they would like alerts for, or each report, or each maintenance item, and subscribe one at a time, or be assigned an alert manually by an administrator.
