Add administrator limitation for report creation when an existing open (not approved) report exists
It would really be helpful to only allow administrators to create new reports when an existing report is open and unapproved. This would help a lot with not having to resolve conflicts and would encourage users to get reports reviewed and approved.
COTS AssetWise Inspections allows multiple reports to be open at the same time on the same asset. This could potentially be a customization for a specific user because the user requested for a customization to only allow one open report.
We have a setting (which Bentley must configure for your site) where if you have an in progress report for an asset and try to create another report the process fails and pops up with “An unapproved report already exists for this asset. A new report cannot be created”
