Because of the way our security settings work, many, many users have multiple roles. We would like to be able to add roles to accounts in bulk instead of granting all the routine agents or district bridge coordinators access to the maintenance module.
for example:
maintenance + supervisor
district bridge coordinator + maintenance
read only + maintenance
This can be accomplished using the ">" character to separate the roles list. For example:
ReadOnly Upload>Routine Agent>Scour Engineer
The minimum fields needed are first name, last name, role. Add more fields from the user import template if needed to have more uniqueness per user. This will overwrite and replace all existing roles per user.
