Currently, the Bulk Maintenance Workflow Change filters are restricted to district, county, workflow stage, created by and completed by (not used by our agency), creation date window, and completed date window (not used by our agency).
Some of the search criteria is useful. However, the page with configurable search criteria and column would be ideal way to expand it's usage.
This may work for a small group. For many agencies, a static search Record Search Criteria and a Static column makes this feature difficult to use. For us, this is leading to a lack of adoption and hampering the effort to be completely paperless.
Ultimately, people take longer time by going to each maintenance items rather than using bulk workflow change, and taking more time in the inspection process, thus costing agencies more money.
