Users would like record id to track across the life cycle of maintenance item. Currently, this is available in the Asset Details Maintenance Tab and Bulk Maintenance Workflow Change Page, Maintenance Filter and Maintenance Query. This record id allows the agency to identify records for internal audit/vendor management/document reference. Users would like to see the same IDs that is available in these features to be available on Forms and Output Reports.
