We would like to see the name of the person who created a query, so it can be removed (if found to be lacking, if the user no longer works with the product, when it is no longer needed), updated (when different fields are needed, the user doesn't use the product)

Without the username name being displayed, there is no way to know the original creator, and copies of copies of copies of the same query tend to be confusing when selecting a query from the list of saved items.
