We would keep the Elements and comments attached to both the Input and Output forms for the Deck (currently custom, Superstructure, and Substructure forms.

Currently our Input forms have a table that is not seen, but can be moved to a configured input form.

The output forms do not show up on the designer printed format and cannot be added back to a new non-customized output. examples attached
