Add supplemental workspec to collector report filters
We would like to add the Name field for the Supplemental Work Specifications to the Collector Report Filter, so we can further limit the number of assets visible in filter results.

We at TxDOT often find ourselves emailing a request to know how long the "queue" is for project security sync, user sync, etc etc. It would be nice to able to see this number directly without having to request updates via email repeatedly.
